Nobody is coming to save you

When asked how I went from growing up poor, living in 20 different addresses, and still being a broke tenant at age 30 to owning properties and a 7-figure net worth just over age 50, I say: PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY.

From a young age, I knew my success or failure was up to me. Later, I realized grace and mercy played a role, but I’ve always believed I choose my path, and no one’s coming to save me.
